Media Gallery Feature

The Media Gallery feature enables the admin to store and organize a wide variety of media, including Videos, Images, YouTube links, and other content types. This feature is perfect for preserving important memories or media related to your business, events, or personal projects. With support for various media formats and seamless cloud integration, the Media Gallery simplifies the process of storing and retrieving multimedia content in one central location.

Save Media Files to the Media Gallery

Follow these steps to save all the media content files like Images to the Media Gallery in the Events Module:

1. Go to Events.

   

2. Select the respective Event to save your media files. Then Select the Media Gallery Tab & Add your Media Files (Image, Video, & YouTube links) by Clicking on the plus ➕icon.

   

   
   

3. Once the upload is complete the preview is enabled for the Visitor View.

   

4. Select the toggle button from the Private to Published button to review the media items in the Media Gallery from your Visitors Page.

   

   
   

5. Once the media files are published, you can share the unique event link with your visitors. by clicking on the Preview button.

   

Note: The visibility of media files to external users will depend on the Event's privacy settings. If the Event is public, anyone with the Event page URL can access the media files. For private events, only authorized users will be able to view the content.
