Integrate Brevo with Wajooba

Once Brevo is integrated to your account, the contacts are auto-synced in Mailchimp.

Campaigns can now be managed in Wajooba itself


Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) is an email marketing platform that helps you engage with your audience through email campaigns, SMS marketing, and automation tools. It’s designed to simplify managing communication with your customers and audience.


How Does it Work?

Once your brevo account is connected, a Sync ensures that the data flows from Wajooba to Brevo. Whenever you add or update a contact in Wajooba, the changes will automatically reflect in Brevo. However, updates made directly in Brevo will not affect the records in Wajooba.

This functionality is particularly useful when you use Wajooba as your primary system for managing members and courses, allowing Brevo to focus on sending campaigns and tracking email engagement.


How to Set Up Sync

  1. Connect Your Brevo Account to Wajooba:
    • Log in to your Wajooba account.
    • Go to Integrations and select Brevo.
    • Enter your Brevo API key and follow the prompts to authenticate your account.

      Enable the Sync:

    • In Wajooba, navigate to the Brevo integration settings.
    • Toggle the option to enable the one-way sync.
    • Choose the specific member groups or lists you want to sync to Brevo.

      Map Fields:

    • Match the fields between Wajooba (e.g., "Name," "Email") and Brevo to ensure seamless data transfer.

How Will I Know if the Sync Works?

  • Successful Sync: If a contact appears in Brevo after being added or updated in Wajooba, the sync is functioning properly.


  • Error Indicators:


  • Look for a green circle next to a contact’s name in Wajooba. This indicates that the sync to Brevo was successful.

  • Look for a red circle next to a contact’s name in Wajooba. This indicates that the sync to Brevo was unsuccessful, usually due to missing mandatory fields or connectivity issues.

Troubleshooting Sync Issues

If the sync doesn’t work as expected:

  1. Revisit the Integration Settings in Wajooba to ensure the API key and field mappings are correct.
  2. Check if the contact record in Wajooba has all the required fields (e.g., Email Address).
  3. Re-authenticate your Brevo account by disconnecting and reconnecting the integration.

By following these steps, you can ensure a smooth one-way sync between Brevo and Wajooba, simplifying your contact management and email marketing efforts.
