1. Log Into Your Wajooba Account
- Start by logging into your Wajooba account.
- Navigate to the Settings section from the main dashboard.
2. Access Online Meeting Integration
- Once in Settings, click on the Integrations tab.
- Select Online Meeting, where you will see an option to connect to Google Meet.
3. Connect Google Meet
- Click Connect Google Meet.
- You will be redirected to the Google OAuth screen where you’ll be asked to grant permissions.
4. Allow Access to Calendar Events
- On the Google OAuth screen, you’ll be prompted to allow Wajooba to view and edit your Google Calendar events.
- Granting this access enables Wajooba to automatically add Google Meet links to any meetings you schedule through the platform.
- Also, Update and delete meetings when the corresponding event in Wajooba is Updated.
5. Successful Connection
- Once the connection is established, your email will appear, and the status will show as Connected.
- You can disconnect the integration at any time by clicking Disconnect /Delete
