Buy and register for a new course

Learn how you can buy and register for a new course on Wajooba.

Your course admins may offer different courses to help you master multiple expertise. You can enrol on one or more courses to further build your portfolio and be the master in your chosen field.

Step 1: Select a course to register for

Now that you’ve decided to grow your expertise and master a new skill. We’ll help you with how you can enrol for a new course.

⚠️ Make sure that you're logged in to your existing account. Otherwise, buying a new course will create a different account for you.

  1. From your Wajooba account, go to the Store menu.
  2. From the list of offered courses, select the new course you want to register for.

Step 2: Choose and add a course membership to the cart

Courses have different membership options to choose from. Your chosen membership will determine your access to the course and the frequency of your membership payments while enrolled on the course.

  1. Double-check the right panel to see if you’re selecting the correct course.
  2. Select Add to Cart on the membership you want to register for.
  3. Review the membership plan details, then select Add to Cart.

Here's a quick guide to understand your membership plan details.

One-time payments Recurring payments

Price: Shows the amount of the pricing option.

Sessions: Sessions or credits are used to register for a class offered in the course. The number of sessions determines the number of classes you can register for and attend.

Membership End Date: This shows the validity of the membership.

Total: This shows the total amount you'll pay, not including the taxes and credit card fees.

Membership End Date: This shows the validity of the membership.

Subscription: This is the amount you'll pay based on the billing frequency of the pricing: weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly.

Subscription Billing Starts: This indicates the date when the billing will start and what day of each month you will be billed.

Subscription Billing Ends: This indicates when the subscription will end. Depending on your membership, the subscription may end after a specific number of billing cycles or upon request.

Registration Fees: This shows the amount you'll pay for the registration.

Total: This shows the total amount you'll pay, not including the taxes and credit card fees.

Step 3: (Optional) Apply offers

You can apply discounts and promotions to lessen the amount you’ll pay. 

  1. Select Apply Offer just below the initial total amount you’ll pay.
  2. Enter the promo code.
  3. Select Apply Offer.

It will automatically apply the discount and will recalculate the total amount you’ll pay.

Step 4: Process the payment

Once you’re good with the total amount you’ll pay, you can proceed with the checkout.

  1. Select your preferred payment method.
  2. Enter your payment details. If you previously stored your payment information on file, select the payment information you want to use.
  3. (Optional) If you want to save your information on file, select the Store card on file checkbox.
  4. Select Checkout.

After we process your payment, you will receive an email with your invoice.

đź’ˇ Adding a new course won't create a new member profile. You can use the same login credentials to access your account with all of your courses.
