Publish and unpublish events

Learn how and when to publish and unpublish events.

Publishing an event makes it available on your public website. This marks the start of accepting new registrations from either members or visitors who are interested and want to attend the event.

Unpublishing the event, on the other hand, hides the whole event from the public view and no one can register for it. However, those who have already registered should be able to see all of its sessions on their profile’s calendar.

How to publish or unpublish events

Here's how you can publish or unpublish your events.

1. From your Wajooba account, go to Events.
2. Select the event you want to publish or unpublish.
3. To publish or unpublish, turn on or off the toggle button next to the event title.
