Edit a class

Learn how you can edit a class you created on Wajooba.

You may need to edit the details of the class you’re hosting and facilitating. This happens when there’s a mistake during the setup or you need to postpone the class, change its location, or change the host.

We’ll help you edit a class.

Step 1: Edit a class

Follow these steps to edit the class.

💡 We recommend unpublishing the class before you make any changes. This prevents any course and class registration from members, especially if the class details are incorrect or not updated yet.

  1. From your Wajooba account, go to Classes.
  2. To see the list of all classes, go to Classes 🗓️ from the upper right corner of the page.
  3. Select the class you need to edit.
  4. To edit the class, select the pencil ✏️ icon from the upper right corner of the page.

Step 2: Update the class details

Now that you’re already on the class setup page, let’s start updating your class details. Make sure to follow the guide on how to create online, in-person, or hybrid classes. This guide should give you detailed instructions and tips when updating the class.

Step 3: Review and submit

Once you’re ready, make sure to double-check and proofread the contents and details of the class.

Submit the updated class and publish the class again to allow new registrations to the course and class.
