Publish and unpublish classes

Learn more about publishing and unpublishing classes on Wajooba.

With the ability to publish your classes, you can easily make it accessible to the public and accept new registrations from visitors or members. Conversely, unpublishing your class will hide it from the public website and make it accessible to only existing attendees of the course.

Publish classes

By making the class available on your public website, you enable interested participants to register for the course and join its available class.

You can publish the class during or after the setup.

During the class setup

If you’re creating the class, you can publish the class right away as soon as it’s completed. Select the Publish on website checkbox during the setup.

After the class setup

If you’ve already created the class without selecting the Publish on website checkbox during the setup, follow these steps.

  1. From your Wajooba account, go to Classes.
  2. To see the list of all your classes, select Classes 📆 from the upper right corner of the page.
  3. Select the class you want to publish.
  4. To publish the class, turn on the Publish toggle next to the class title.

Unpublish classes

Unpublishing a class on Wajooba makes it inaccessible to the general public and only visible to members who are already registered for the course where the class is associated with. The class can still be viewed and registered for through the attendee's profile calendar.

For new course registrations, attendees will automatically have access to the class schedules.

  1. From your Wajooba account, go to Classes.
  2. To see the list of all your classes, select Classes 📆 from the upper right corner of the page.
  3. Select the class you want to publish.
  4. To publish the class, turn off the Publish toggle next to the class title.
