Reset a member's account password
Learn how you can reset your student’s Wajooba account password.
Your students can always reset their own password using the forgot password link available on the login page. In case they are having problems or issue doing it, you can always reset their password on your end.
If your student is using their Google account to login, advise them to reset their Google account password. If they need help, they can contact Google’s customer service or check their community website.
Reset your member's password
Follow these steps.
- Go to Contacts.
- Using the search box, enter your student’s name, email address, or phone number.
- From the student’s profile, select the Actions dropdown from the upper right corner and select Send Password.
- From the confirmation page, select Send.
This will send new user credentials to your student’s email. You can then advise them to login and test if their new credentials are working now.
