Get familiar with the Public Website

Wajooba features an online store that helps you sell your training brand. It displays your courses, events, and products that you sell. This is where interested students will buy and get more information and pricing about your offers.

This can also serve as a branded extension of your own website. You can embed or integrate the links of one another to allow your viewers to navigate back and forth on both websites.

Your Wajooba online store website plays a major role in your marketing strategy as this is where all interested students decide if they want to buy and be a member of your organization. We highly recommend that you customize the layout, design, and contents of your course, events, or donation campaign pages to make it more informative and enticing to your students.

We’ll help you get familiar with your Wajooba website.

Get familiar with the Public Website

Here are your default pages for your Wajooba online store. It offers a way for you and your students to log in to your Wajooba account, see all classes, events, products, and courses for sale, and the donation campaigns you support.

Your public website serves as the main landing page where students can log in and access their Wajooba student profile

Courses

The courses page lists all the events you’ll host, courses you offer, and products you sell. Since this is where some of your marketing strategy will surface, we highly recommend creating an informative and beautiful landing page when you create a course.

Since this is where your selling and registration will happen, make sure that this course page is always showing on your public website.

  1. Go to Settings and select Display.
  2. Under the Course section, select the Show Courses On Website checkbox.
  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select Submit.

Registration Form

The Registration Form dropdown holds the registration forms you allowed for public view. This helps you accept registrations for events that you’ll host in the future.

If you want to have a registration form for new students, you can add a new or edit an existing form.

For example, you’re hosting a yoga session. Students who want to register for this session can register using a specific form you published on the website.

Integrate website links as a page

To make your Wajooba website a branded extension of your own website, integrate the links of one another to allow your viewers to navigate back and forth on both websites. This will show on the same row, along with the rest of the default menus.

Here’s how you can add one.

  1. Go to Settings and select Website.
  2. To integrate your website, select External Website.
  3. In the Page 1 box, add a label or name in its corresponding field.
  4. Enter the link to your website in the URL field.
  5. Select Submit.

If you need to add more pages, select the plus icon and follow the steps above.
