Send notifications and standing alerts

Get your members informed and updated on what’s happening about your course, classes, events, or your organization. Wajooba allows you to send notifications, announcements, reminders, and alerts to everyone in the organization.

We know that there is some information or announcements that we may miss when we are hosting our classes and events. Don’t worry! You can always catch up and keep everyone in the organization informed about it.

Create notices or quotes

You can send notifications and standing alerts to everyone in the organization. This includes your members, teachers, staff, and other admins in your account.

💡 If your organization has your own customized branded app, these alerts, notifications, and reminders will be sent to your members as push notifications, allowing them to see your reminders right away.

  1. From your account, select the Bell 🔔 icon from the top of the page.

  1. From the Notices & Quotes pop-up, select Manage
  2. To create a new notice or quote, select the plus ➕ icon from the upper right corner of the pop-up.

  3. In the textbox, enter your announcements, standing alerts, reminders, or quotes that you want to send to everyone. For example, “No classes today” or “Deadline of submission.”
  4. From the Type dropdown, select if it is a Notice or a Quote.

💡 For notices, a badge app icon will be displayed on the corner of the bell icon indicating the number of reminders, announcements, or alerts you published for everyone.

  5. Toggle the Publish button at the upper right corner.

  1. Select Submit.

Edit or remove notices or quotes

If you need to edit or remove a notice or quote because of a typo or incorrect information or just because it has already expired, you can always do so.

  1. From your account, select the Bell 🔔 icon from the top of the page.

  1. From the Notices & Quotes pop-up, select Manage

  1. To edit or remove, select the pencil ✏️ or trash 🗑️ icon, respectively.

  1. Make your changes and select Submit or Confirm.
