Get familiar with the Calendar

Learn how you can manage your class schedules on your Calendar on Wajooba.

Stay on top of your organization's class schedules with ease by managing them on the Calendar. Get a comprehensive view of all the important details such as class title, date and time, location, and host to provide maximum support to your members. 

We'll provide you with an in-depth overview of all the Calendar's features and everything you need to know to effectively manage your class schedules.

đź’ˇ Members will only see classes of the course they registered for. If they want to see other classes they may be interested in, you can advise them to check the public website.


Access the Calendar

You can access your calendar on your account and public website. 

Classes

When you go to Classes, you’ll see the calendar of classes. By default, it’s on a weekly basis but if you want to see all your organization’s schedule in a month, select  Monthly from the upper right corner next to Programs 📆 and Add a Class âž• button.

Public website

You have your separate calendar that is visible to you and the general public. This lists all the classes you published to allow new registrations for your services. Learn how you can publish classes.

  1. From your account, select the Preview dropdown next to Settings ⚙️.
  2. Select Web Preview.
  3. Go to Calendar

Show the Calendar on the public website

You can publish your calendar and make it available to the public. Your calendar shows the details of your classes such as its title, schedule, location, and host.

Making your calendar accessible helps new and existing members get informed and manage their own schedules.

  1. From your Wajooba account, go to Settings ⚙️and select Module Settings.
  2. Under Classes, select the Show Calendar On Website checkbox.
  3. To save the changes, scroll down to the end of the page and select Submit.

Rename public calendar's label

You can change the calendar's label showing on your public website.

  1. From your Wajooba account, go to Settings ⚙️ and select Module Settings.
  2. In the Calendar Website Label field, enter your preferred calendar label.
  3. To save, scroll down until the end of the page and select Submit.

Change the calendar view

You can change your calendar view from today, weekly, or monthly view. This gives you the convenience, especially when you’re trying to manage your own schedule. 

You can do this from both your Classes menu and Settings.

Classes

From Classes, you can switch your calendar view. Select  TodayWeekly, or Monthly from the upper right corner of the page next to Programs 🗓️ and Add a Class âž• button.

đź’ˇ Note that your members can only see the calendar on a weekly view.

Settings

You can manage the calendar shown on your public website.

  1. Go to Settings ⚙️ and select Module Settings.
  2. To update the calendar view to either monthly or weekly view, select the Calendar Website View dropdown and select your preferred view.
  3. To save the changes, scroll down to the end of the page and select Submit.
