Two-way sync between Mailchimp and Wajooba

Learn how Mailchimp and Wajooba perform a two-way sync to help you manage your contacts.

Mailchimp is a marketing platform that helps you reach your audience and subscribers through email campaigns. It allows you to manage and talk to your members, customers, and everyone in your organization.

Wajooba allows you to connect your Mailchimp account to provide easier campaigning efforts when promoting your services. Learn more about Mailchimp and how you can get started with your account with them.

How does the two-way sync work?

Mailchimp and Wajooba perform a two-way sync to help you manage your contacts. Whenever you add or update a contact on either of these applications, it works in the background to update your contact records on both ends to make sure that you’re sending your campaigns to your audience.

This two-way sync gives you the convenience in managing your contacts, so you won’t have to update your contacts’ details on both applications.

How will I know if the sync works?

If you’re seeing a  black circle ⬤ icon before your contact’s name, it means that it didn’t sync well on both platforms. This is usually caused by an issue on the backend. To fix this, you can redo the integration between Mailchimp and Wajooba and re-add the contact on either application.
