Print or save invoices as PDF

Learn how to print invoices.

Wajooba helps you manage your invoices efficiently by making it easily accessible to your account and by sending invoices to you electronically. You may also want to export your invoices to PDF and print it, especially when you need it as a legal requirement, reconciling accounts, and so on.

We’ll help you print your invoices.

Print invoices

1. Go to Invoices, then find and select the invoice you want to print.
2. On your keyboard, press Ctrl + P to print it. 
3. On the Print window, select the printer you want to use.
4. Go to Invoices, then find and select the invoice you want to print.
5. On your keyboard, press Ctrl + P to print it. 
6. On the Print window, select the printer you want to use.

Save invoices as PDF

1. Go to Invoices, then find and select the invoice you want to print.
2. On your keyboard, press Ctrl + P to print it. 
3. To export it as PDF, select Microsoft Print to PDF for Windows or select Save as PDF as the destination if you’re on Mac.
4. Modify the setup according to your preference.
5. When you’re ready, select Print. 

Make sure to check your files for the PDF version of the invoice.
